An unhandled win32 exception occurred in project.vshost.exe[2052]

Hi,
Whenever i close my application it opens two dialog box
1) visual studio error: A debugger is attached to project.vshost.exe but not configured to debug this unhandled exeception. to debug attached the curent debugger.
2)An unhandled win32 exception occurred in project.vshost.exe[2052]

Any idea!!!!

close of 2nd form, the button on the first should get enabled.
