i need to create android app that send device imei number to .NET,and store in sqls erver using entity framwork.

First step would be to create a web service, or a website. Then you can use that website from the browser; or create an application in Android which would hold the IMEI code data and then pass it on to WebView along with the IMEI code. Which you can then save in your SQL Server using Entity framework.

This is generally a very long task, and cannot be answered easily in a single answer.
