Applications created with 3.5 framework working on systems with old framework

Hi.

Is there anyway to make my program (the executable) created with visual C# 2008 (express edition) work on end users' computers that may have .NET 2.0 (or possibly lower) framework.

I want to release a product that will be usable by many end users -- not just those with 3.5 framework.
