If you are the author of that post, then you can yourself update the article and change its category to the one that you think is appropriate.

Select "edit" option, among the like and bookmark options. Then find the correct category in the fields and write why you want to update it. Enter the details as: "Updated the category". Then submit the article.

Editors would review your changes and approve (or let you know if anything is required!)
