ASP.NET MVC 5 Custom validation Attribute are not firing

Question

Hello guys,

 

I have made some custom validation attributes for my properties but it's not firing at all.

 

I am not getting the validation at all neither for required field.

 

Can anybody guide me where i am making mistake??.
