ASP.Net MVC or Sharepoint Development

i started studying  SP2010 from past 2 weeks since company as 1 project in SP2010, so approximately how long it takes to study complete SP2010, SP2013,Office365 & SP2016, give some suggestion how can i manage all this

Both technologies are in good demand these days. However if you ask which one has an upper hand I would say it is Share Point . Share Point is the most used Enterprise Content Management System  . Almost all of the Fortune 500 Companies use them and a lot of the work is outsourced by the client . With the release of new version every year SharePoint,Currently SP 2016, is leaping towards technology change as they are now embracing the Cloud platform . This is a good time to actually get into the SharePoint field . In Fact there is a scarcity of Good SharePoint developers which means it is a good opportunity for aspirants . Even if you compare the salary scale SharePoint provides better opportunities than ASP MVC . 

 

Even though these facts hold true, Talented people are always in demand and paid better irrespective of Technology .
