Hi,
I used to be a Dot Net developer over 5 years back and then got into Project management and lost the touch. Now i have got an assignment where i need to manage and lead the team technically, for which i need to refresh my ASP.NET skills both Basics and Advanced (WCF/LINQ/Design patterns etc.). I have worked on Dot Net v 2.0.
My question is what's the practical and fastest way to build this knowledge.
Any specific articles, books you could suggest.
I would also like to build some practical knowledge by creating some dummy projects.
Any suggestions in this regard would be welcome.
Many Thanks

I would have an immediate look at pluralsight.com. You can get a 30 day trial; from there you can take video based instruction on everything you mentioned and a lot more.
