Asp.Net Web Development

My question is that I have started website development with Asp.Net (c#),SQL Server so If I want to host on google does it cost much..?If so Probably how much..?

> If I developed website hosted on web does I need to pay any amount to "Microsoft"...?because VS2010 and are not open sources.

> Disadvatages of Asp.Net why people does not choose asp.net to development much compare with others.
