Hi
i want to add assembly to GAC and i am adding it and it is showing me mes Assembly successfully added to the cache and when i am locating it in C:\Windows\assembly it is not present can any one help me how can i find and where i am going to do mistak...?

How you checking the assembly present in the GAC or not ?

i am going in c:\windows\assembly directory so here it is not showing, although where i am add (gacutil -i myfile.dll) it is showing Assembly successfully added to the cache it is showing me this message ....

try,
gacutil –i your assembly name with full path and extension.
