There are many parts to the question you are asking. One part is how to run an application hidden. That is not easy to do. You can probably get the application started hidden but it will likely do something that makes itself visisble. Every application is different.

How important is it to make the application hidden?

Deepak, to do the application run automated at the background try writing a batch file which calls the application then you can pass parameters to that and call the app from a vbscript which runs the process background...
