auto display before 24 hours and after 24 hours

Actually, i create leave management

to

leave type

reason

reporting

leave type: Monthly leave, lowp,sick

my program is

"select from date. less than 24 hours select automatic leave type is lowp. or more than 24 hours slect leave type either monthly or sick"

this id insert into sqldb.

so, please tell me fast how to do that?
