Bluetooth data exchange in window application

Question

Hi friends,

i am working on window application. so i want to connect bluetooth device(ex mobile phone) to the pc. to achieve this following steps are should be required.

1) searching the bluetooth device.

2)after searching to show list of devices.

3)pairing with device that select from devicelist.

4)after pairing is done data should be send and receive.

please sharing idea with me because i first time working on window application and this type of application
