Hi there Im a novice c# developer. Im building an application which will support many users, send emails, sms and saves files for remote working. Could any assist?

There is no single tutorial available which can teach you how to develop an application with all these features. You need to go step by step. Did you search on Google about how to send email via C#, how to make voice calls via C#, how to send SMS via C#, how to store user details in database? Or you want us to do Google search for you?

What kind of application it is? Windows forms or web application? Start by thinking of the data and operations you are going to have in the application. Think of database table structure based on that. Then start writing code to connect to database and perform basic operations such as insert, update,select and delete. Then you start writing code of front end and integrate it with back end code.
