Building Single executable file from visual studio 2013 pub

I have published my visual studio 2013 desktop application project into a folder. Now I need to build a single executable from these published files. The published folder contains two files(1 vsto,one exe) and one folder named "application files". Please Suggest a way to do this.

It's ok. I suggested you for deployment purpose & after installation of MSI file you can also find a ClickOnce shortcut file on your desktop. If you would like to use directly an executable file, then use it.
