button visibility should dissapear after postback

hai friends,

i placed lot of buttons inside a table as shown below..

firstpage.aspx

BUTTON1	BUTTON2	BUTTON9
BUTTON4	BUTTON5	BUTTON6
BUTTON7	BUTTON8	BUTTON9

here every button has a separate page for example : - button5 has button5.aspx

so after come from button5.aspx page to firstpage.aspx the button 5 visibility has to disappear

BUTTON1	BUTTON2	BUTTON9
BUTTON4		BUTTON6
BUTTON7	BUTTON8	BUTTON9

Try like this

in your firstpage.aspx, create one Application Variable for maintaining the list of clicked button

protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)

{

AddVistedButton("BUTTON1");

}

private void AddVistedButton(string btnId)

{

string data = string.Empty;

if (Application["VisitedButton"] != null)

{

data = Application["VisitedButton"].ToString();

}

data =data+ "," + btnId;

Application["VisitedButton"] = data;

}

private void HideButton()

{

if (Application["VisitedButton"] != null)

{

string data = Application["VisitedButton"].ToString();

string[] arrayData = data.Split(",".ToCharArray());

foreach (var s in arrayData)

{

switch (s)

{

case "BUTTON1" :

BUTTON1.Visible = false;

break;

case "BUTTON2":

BUTTON2.Visible = false;

break;

case "BUTTON3":

BUTTON3.Visible = false;

break;
//so on

}

call HideButton() from page_load
