In my web form by clicking on the buttons the page is getting refresh ..how to solve the problem for this.?

You can use update panel to avoid page refresh.

I'm sending you sample code for ADD button. If this button is clicked, following code is written. This code will do very simple logic like change operation, clear controls of the page, enabled or disabled of the buttons, enabled of the textboxes, BindData in the gridview.

1st plz describe what the problem you get means
1.your page controls are getting refreshed or you want on button click
solution within page load write the code within
if (!Page.IsPostBack)
{
}
or
if you want the data will updated but it will not show refresh in browser. then
write your Source code within AJAX update panel in design.
