c# windows Application:Copy rights Version dotnet 2005

Hi Friends,

I want Develop my application Dotnet 2005 windows Application(desktop). Act now i am used the dotnet 2005 copyrights version.. After i will developed my application i want sale my application others.

So That Will Accept or not.. any other problem.. original version is must or not..

Other problem is windows 2000 is accept dotnet 2005

There are no licensing restrictions for applications built with Visual Studio 2005 (including the Express versions) or with the .NET 2.0 SDK. So you can develop commercial applications using these tools and sell them to others.

The user does, of course, need to have the .NET 2.0 Framework Redistributable installed on his/her machine (free to download from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en) and this can be installed on Windows 2000 SP3 as well as later versions of the Windows operating system.
