I am getting a error trying to connect to the Windows Service .
The error I recieved is below:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
{System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: Could not connect to net.tcp://localhost:9356/. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:00.0937518. TCP error code 10013:
Can someone assist me?

I notice from the article you sent me it saids
You must also enable port or ports in range "4502 – 4534" for net.tcp binding.
My port is 9356
net.tcp://localhost:9356/
Does this matter

1.Only IIS7 has support for net.tcp binding so you must have IIS7 installed on your machine.
2.You must enable Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation. One important feature of IIS is the ability to
activate a web application when an HTTP request for that application is received. A similar feature exists in IIS7 for net.tcp ,
but it may not be enabled by default.
1.This includes enabling "Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation" via.
Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off (under .NET Framework option).
3.You must set the application poll to use Framework 4 enabled poll and must enable the net.tcp protocol.
Ensuring the "Net.Tcp Protocol" in your web site is enabled under: IIS (7.0) Admin -> Right Click on your Web Site -> Manage Website -> Advanced Settings…
(The 'Enabled Protocols' field should be set as http,net.tcp. Note that is a comma, then a dot.)
