C# zipa folder and references

Hello,
I need to zip a folder containing multiple files, is there any .NET 2.0 library to zip the whole folder?
also
if i use third party dll for the purpose, how should i pass the reference that when i make the setup of my application, the dll and the reference work correctly at the client side after installtion.
