Can we inherit the delegate in c#?

What is the use of func,action,predicate in c#?

Hi,

In .net 3.5 some new generic delegates -Func, Action and Predicate were introduced. Using generic delegates, it is possible to concise delegate type means you don’t have to define the delegate statement. These delegates are the Func, Action and Predicate delegates and defined in the System namespace.

We can't inherit the delegate in c#, only classes or interfaces can be inherited

We cannot inherit the delegate, only classes or interfaces can be inherited.
