caml for add equal values 2lists items to display in(list3)

Question

How to get the items from equal values from 2lists to display list3  with CAML Query...

emp(list1)                       dept(list2)                   details(list3)

                                 

ename  eid     dept         empid   location         empid   dept   location

  

sss        102     hr            103       del                

ffff         101     it              102      mum

tttt        103     mgr          101      col

  

Note: there is no lookup columns in two lists..  please help with caml query.
