Can anybody help me to solve this?

I create a table "EmployeeProfile" in SQL and insert an image into that table as Employee Photo see below the complete query:

Insert EmployeeProfile (EmpId, EmpName, EmpPhoto)
Select 1001, 'Vadivel',
BulkColumn from Openrowset( Bulk 'D:\Image\VD.bmp', Single_Blob) as EmployeePicture
select * from EmployeeProfile

RESULT:

You can see that the image is store in the form of HEX data now I want to see this image in VB.NET. Can anybody help me to do that.

Hi sapna
You have to save only imagename in the table and save the image in other Image folder
so that when u want this image then pass the image path and image name only.
This may be help u.

The following code helps to read from a file I think the rest can be modified.

Dim length As Integer = CInt(fs.Length) - &HE000 ' Hopefully your file is smaller than 4GB
