Can we use Ribbon in complex project?

Dear All,

I am using the WPF[2010] ribbon CTP from Microsoft. However, there is no sample. I am not sure where to start. The RibbonWindow does not have a property for the Ribbon. Does anyone have a sample that works?

I read from net, A ribbon can replace both the traditional menu bar and toolbars.

I have a question.
1. Can I use Ribbon for complex project.[lots of forms/windows/complex maths calculation/dynamic data display chart/ datagrid binding]
2. shall we use ribbon container as a MDI.
