Can you help me to create a system using microsoft studio 2005

Please anyone who can help me to create a system using microsoft studio 2005 with log-in proceess with 3 options:
1.) the user can attempt only 3 times to correct the password
2.) the login time must be in database
3) the logout time must be in database also

you should be more specific.. say u want entire procedures or help in specific topics.. 3 times incorrect password can be achieved with loops itself or you can use while statement.. and for login store all login names in text files and during login access that text file and search for the login name..
