Cannot implicitly convert type

Question

Can any one help me to sort out a rare WCF service error..Need expert suggestions..

Why this error comes even wcf service not using any CarProperties1. It is using CarProperties as show in 3 and 4 fig. But service meta data referencing CarProperties1 how ?
Please do not suggest to update service reference, since i have removed/update several time service reference
Error is "Error12Cannot implicitly convert type 'CarServiceReference.CarProperties1' to 'CarServiceReference.CarProperties'E:\Easypolicy\EasyPolicyWebsite\App_Code\CommonBLayer.cs40563E:\Easypolicy\EasyPolicyWebsite\"
