Cannot use button click property

hi,
can anybody tell me why I cannot use button click property of a web user control while using this web user control in another page ?

Actually In Expression Web4 I was trying to use the self created log in web user control in an aspx page but the "login" button property could not be edited in other page so I don't know how to write events on this button's click.
How to do this ?

I didn't get you, but you can handle the button click event in the following way

protected override void OnInit(EventArgs e)
{
Button button = (Button)UserControl.FindControl("Button1");
button.Click += new EventHandler(button_Click);
base.OnInit(e);
}

void button_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{

}
