cant access web site from iis out side the network

can't access website from outside network.

Its working on localhost.

we are using server 2012 on azure.

Hello Rhul,
are you host your site by using IP address on IIS or by using Domain address.
If you are using IP address means you will access only by LAN connected systems that means local only.
If you are using Domain address means ( eg: example.com ) you will access it on outside the local network which means globally.

If you hosted it on server, then you could connect it or access it to out side network.
