You can have a look at https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/learning/mcsd-certification.aspx and which provides detailed info; but just choose a track which suits you and look the related certification.

You need to select which certification you want to do (MVC,ASP.net, winform , web services , sharepoint etc). Visit the nearest prometric test center to pay the fee and write the exam.
