am developing clinic system with 3 forms ,doctor,nurse and lab i want to developing a chatting whereby doc can chat with nurse and lab tech,how can i go about ,or set alert whereby if doc send a patient to lab lab tech see an alert 'you have patient' kindly help i have no idea
