Check/uncheck checkbox in datagrid in silverlight

I have to create datagrid with checkbox and data is fetching from database and if user select the checkbox all checkbox should get selected. I have provided delete button if user select all checkbox and click on delete it should get delete and if the user select one or more checkbox and clicks on delete it aslo get deleted how can i do that in silverlight.

Can any1 help me on this.

Hi Sweety,

                      i will recommend you 2 solutions for this......
                 1] as you mentioned you filling DataGrid from database means you are using some Generic List......
               so i will suggest u that when u r getting data from database get one more column of rownumber but hide it while showing it on DataGrid........so when u click delete use listobj.RemoveAt(i) function pass row numbers for i..........so it will affect to your datagrid.........

     2] another solution is.......your image showing that there is column Employment status ID........
            so on delete button click event you can get Employment status ID's of chked rows......make 1 method that will give you data from database without including data of these Employment status ID's.................

but i will recommend you 1st option and hope it will work for you......
