Class assignments
Is it appropriate for people to use these forums to get answers to class assignments? See sam jame Profile and Discussions. The person is a student and they are obviously getting experts here to do his or her classwork. Should that be reported or is it allowed?

I am a believer in the philosophy of "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.". Many people will say that a person is helped best if we provide the source code and do all the work for them. I think a person is often helped the best if they are provided the tools to solve the same type of problem many times again in the future as well as the current problem.
This can be a huge dilemma for a site such as this. I certainly understand the answers are not clear. A teaching forum would/should be fundamentally different in the sense that it should emphasize education in the manner that a teacher would, instead of answers in tha manner that a research department would. Clearly the philosophies are fundamentally different and contradictory in some critical issues.

We need to come up with a better solution for this problem. May be have a Student's Corner or something.
Sometimes I get confused what's RIGHT and what's WRONG!
