Communication between windows app and android app using C#

Dear Sir,

I wanted to know how to developed a communication system so that when sending message via desktop window application it will recieved in the android mobile application as text message and vise versa.

I want to use the visual studio 2010 to developed this application in .Net form. The propossed language in prepare is C#

Can you help me out on how to go about with his coding
