i have two set values, iwant compare these values

first set values major=1,minor=1

second set values major=1,minor=2

iwant to compare with simple calculation

A little shorter:

static bool AreEqual(int major1, int minor1, int major2, int minor2)
{
return (major1 == major2 && minor1 == minor2);
}

Do you mean like this?

   static bool AreEqual(int major1, int minor1, int major2, int minor2)
   {
   if (major1 == major2 && minor1 == minor2) return true;
   return false;
   }
