conditional sum from dgv

I have C# application in visual studio 2015. One column is "Country" another is "Amount". Say, India is five times in country column in datagrid view I want to sum of amount column against those are India. Please code or example.

Assuming datagridView is binding with datatable

try like below
var dt=new DataTable(); // assuming dt has rows
var sum = Convert.ToInt32(dt.Compute("SUM(Amount)","Country=India"));

Here is my datagridview. I need the sum of AmountBDT where SuspenceAccount is Placid Express.

Sl	SuspenceAccount	AmountBDT
1	Placid Express	30
2	Prabhu Group	40
3	Placid Express	20
4	Ria Financial	70
5	Placid Express	50

var dt4 = new DataTable(); // assuming dt has rows
var sum4 = Convert.ToInt32(dt4.Compute("SUM(AmountBDT)", "SuspenceAccount = Placid Express"));

When I used this for iTextSharp report I got an error as "
An unhandled exception of type 'System.Data.SyntaxErrorException' occurred in System.Data.dll
Additional information: Syntax error: Missing operand after 'Express' operator."

I need your further help.
