Configure Distribution option not found in sql server 2008

If a publication already exists, Configure Distribution is not available.

Rather you will get option of "disable publisher and distributer" under Replication while you right click.

Just click on "disable publisher and distributer" and refresh, you will again get an option of configure distribution.

I check that links already but problem is that there is no option as Configure Distribution shown when I right click on Replication.
