Context menu in forum not working

Question

I had noticed for a long time that context menu is not working (cut, copy, paste) and some other menu's neither while posting a question nor while replying an answer.

 

Paste command on standard tool bar is also not working.

 

It was too annoying while answering a question while on a mobile view.

 

Please have a look to this problem.
