Conversion of dataset to xml format

Hi,

I am getting the data in dataset i.e only one record but that one record should display in below format. I want the dataset data in below format. Kindly help me as early as possible.

Here action data, Org data, persData are the custom tags.

Other tags came from column names of the table.

     99999999

     3308
     9

     BWSU
     99

The reason for the error is you didn't have proper permission to write the file on that location. So give appropriate permission for that folder/path. Then try !

Here \\CIVUGBASFCFS\HRDumps\SAPDump\Export\IT2001 is the path to save the file on the other server but error is getting above

XDocument xdoc = XDocument.Parse(xml); xdoc.Save(strFileName); After writing this two lines getting error as "Access to the path is denied".

Seems that necessary permission is not given for that location. Give all (read/write) permission for that location and try to execute the program again! :) Hope that will solve your problem!

Hi Francis, After writing all the custom tags, i stored in one variable and after I have written as Here xml is final result. XDocument xdoc = XDocument.Parse(xml); xdoc.Save(strFileName); After writing this two lines getting error as "Access to the path is denied". Please help me asap.

How you have written if(i==5){ .........} and if(i==20){.......}
I assume that your datatable contains the columns in an order. That's why i count it and use that count to insert the "Custom" tags.

Here action data, Org data, persData are the custom tags.

Since you need to include the custom tags also. So i would suggest you can manually loop thru the datatable and construct the XML string as you desired.
