I want to know the code how can i convert json files to pdf files in C#

is there any possibility?

If you mean you want to convert the JSON file (as text) to PDF, you can try using LEADTOOLS Document conversion features (DocumentConverter class).
This class provides the ability to convert any type of document to another target format using SVG, OCR and Raster technologies.

For example, the following code converts a text file into PDF document using the DocumentConverter class from LEADTOOLS:

   var srcFile = @"c:\JSON.txt";
   var targFile = @"C:\Target.pdf";
   var targformat = Documenttarformat.Pdf;
   var jobInfo = DocumentConverterJobs.CreateJobData(srcFile, targFile, targformat);

   var jobMain = docConverter.Jobs.CreateJob(jobInfo);
   docConverter.Jobs.RunJob(jobMain);

Do we have any other option with out using third party package option?

Yes , It's possible you can use any pdf generator plugin available for c#. such as
1. itextsharp
2. Aspose
3. Syncfusion etc.
