I am getting output from my query is :-

2018-07- 09	Wet & dry1	2/2
2018-07-09	Back Pack	4/5

I want result in below format :-

 

Dt	Wet & dry1	Back Pack	Ride on	Walk behind	Test
2018-07-09	2/2	4/5	4/8	4/4	3/6

 

Please help ,and column is dyamic.
