Convert .wsp file into SourceCode?

I've been provided a WSP file that contains a webpart created by another developer, Now i need to make some Modification in that webpart,

Is it possible to convert .wsp file into visual studio 2010 source code in sharepoint 2010, If Possible Please let me know how to repacking/Converting

Hi,

You can rename .wsp file to .cab file. Extract it. Once extracted you will get all files and assembly. Either use REFLECTOR or ILSPY to get the code of assembly. So once you have code you can copy paste in visual studio.
Please let me know if more details are required.
