It all depends how complex C# code is and what C# features are used.

In simple classes, it is possible to perform just few find and replace and you are good. For example } with End Property or End Function or End Sub as the case may be, etc.

It is also possible to write a small parser program for that. Did you google it already?

Not easily possible, because of features and data types.

Another question, why are you going to stone age from modern age? Any specific requirement? If yes, please specify if possible.
