hello buddies...
i have devlop a application in ASP NET 2.0 ,which copyies the specified source folder to a specifies destination folder with in LAN network..now i want to do the same for the remote machine as well..but wehn i provide the ip address of particular machine..it throws error..
pls suggest which way6 i can do this

Same error i got when i am hosting my application .net 1.1 into 2.0.Actually i got SocketPermissionException Error when i am try to connect into another one remote server.now what error u got.if its related to socket u try check ur socket permission or check ur firewall,it may blocked by firewall also.so check ur firewall settings
