Take a global.asax from new item and then write this code

void Application_Start(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// Code that runs on application startup
Application["Visitors"] = 0;
}

void Session_Start(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// Code that runs when a new session is started
Application.Lock();
Application["Visitors"] = (int)Application["Visitors"] + 1;
Application.UnLock();
}

and at your aspx write this code at load event
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
lable1.Text = Application["Visitors"].ToString();
}
