Which version of Office? 2007 has some capability for doing (I think with some adobe library added) that but there is none that I know of in 2003 or prior. You might want to look at something like this: http://www.eprintdriver.com/eprint-developer.html from LeadTools; there are many more like it around as wel as places like PDFonline that do document to pdf conversion for free through their web site.
