Hi,

Please help me understand how to create a rule engine and a manager to it in C3.net . I have no knowledge on workflow. If any other options Inrule engine,blaze.net or any other 3rd party engines can do fine.

Do i need to create the rule manager for any engine used. Please share any examples or existing code
