Creating Virtual Printer in c#

I would like to create virtual printer in c# & the created printer should be shows in drop down of printer setting tab while printing the file as shown in the below image.
Is that possible in c# or .net, if possible please help me on that

I think this could be done using Windows Driver Development toolKit:
https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/download-kits-windows-hardware-development
But you will need to wrap many Windows APIs to accomplish this.

On the other hand, you can try using ready Virtual printer .NET classes from LEADTOOLS that can help you to create your own virtual printer, which should behave similar to any printer’s driver.

I need to show my custom printer in the dropdown, not xml printer.Its a virtual printer to convert pdf to other format while printing.

@Jay I need to show my on printer device in the dropdown list as shown in the image(like xmlprinter,pdfcreator etc..) and my purpose is to read the content of pdf while printing and convert that to another format like xml.

Can I ask what you are trying to print from ?

if (printDialog.ShowDialog() == DialogResult.OK)
{
StringReader reader = new StringReader(eintragRichTextBox.Text);
documentToPrint.PrintPage += new PrintPageEventHandler(DocumentToPrint_PrintPage);
documentToPrint.Print();
}

For example the above code will print the contents of the RichTextBox using default windows printer. Sounds like your trying to create something that already exist, but please help me to understand what it is your trying to do.
