crystal report from c# project dont appear in client host

i have a project designed by c# visual studio 2013 and crystal report 13.0.20

probem is : crystal report dont run  on any computer even server ... 

problem 2: crystal report for another project run in server machine and dont run in clients 

 

what is the problem and solution for two problems ....
