Crystal Report loading failed

My Application is a simple inventory system.it includes hardware management so it has daily reports.

i uses crystal reports to show it.it works perfectly at our end,but when we install at the client site it gives load report failed.why this message display!?

Please help me to solve this problem urgently...

It is connection string/path problem..
