Application.StartupPath only points to the Debug folder(\bin\debug) of the project.I dont believe that the .rpt file you are specifying exist in that folder.so please check where actually the report file exist and provide that path(hardcoded) or else Create a Folder for reports in debug and provide its path like(Application.StartupPath+@"\reportfolder\companybonus.rpt".

If you are running project in Debug mode then put crystal report in Bin/Debug folder. If you are running project in release mode then put in Bin/Release.
