Hi,

Can we use style sheets and HTML stylistic elements in the same document? If yes, explain it?

yes, You can do that.

CSS are written in betwenn tag.and html elements are placed between tag.

So, Browser will identify the html and CSS elements easily.

Yes. Style Sheets will be ignored in browsers without CSS-support and HTML stylistic elements used.
